Commission

-Payment by paypal only, prices are in EUR €

-My artworks are for personal use only
(NO PROFIT IN ANY WAY)
Commercial use needs to be discussed and will cost additional fees.
(Usually price x 3)

-Don’t claim my drawings as yours. Please credit me.

-I’ll send the HD fullsize to the commissioner only and via email.

-If deadlines please tell, short deadline can lead to additional fees

-You’re not allowed to remove my watermark or modify my artwork.

-There is a chance I may upload your commission on my social media to be displayed in my portfolio. Please tell me before the piece is finished if you desire to keep it private.

-Second character cost +50% of the original price

-I have the right to refuse a commission if I feel like I’m unable to do it.

-The commission will be started only AFTER the complete payment is received. NO REFUND after the sketch is sent if you desire to cancel the commission. I can refund you only if I’m unable to finish your commission.
I’m not a robot nor an art machine, you can ask for WIPs and news about your commission but don’t come to ask me everyday if I’m done yet.
I have some conditions so I may be low sometimes, but I always do my best and imply myself in every piece of art I do so it’s as detailed and clean as possible.

-Once the payment is received I’ll start the sketch. I’ll send a rough sketch in low quality and with a watermark to the buyer waiting for approvals. Please at this stage tell me if anything needs to be modified. I may not accept to redraw everything like the poses and the composition if it deviates from the prior description you gave me before payment. I’ll keep sending the modified sketch until it’s approved. Once it’s approved I won’t allow any props, pets, ect to be added...or elements to be changed. I don’t engage myself to send you anymore wip after this stage. But you still can ask about the process.
Please consider I try to respect the color palette as much as possible but my shading style may alter the colors a little.

General rules :

Trade/Gift/Resell are OK !

For resell :

Reselling price should be : original price + commissioned art price

Small changes are accepted ! You can modify haircut, skin color, eye color, adapt the palette to your artstyle, add/remove some details as long as my design is recognizable

You can turn my design into a CS if you own a MYO slot from a CS and the CS rules accept turning already existing design into the specie

You can create alternative outfits, alternatives forms (animal, human ect..)

If you win a design/adoptable from a lottery/raffle, you don't buy, resell is FORBIDDEN

You cannot resell a design that have been traded/gifted to you

Commercial use is OK if you pay original price x3

Please credit me for the design when possible. If you have a toyhouse credit Kawasu

Never claim my design as fully yours

If you commission me a design I created, additional charges due to details will never apply

Don't replicate, copy, heavily reference a design I made you didn't buy

Hold :
Hold are accepted but only if you give me a precise date for payment

Hold cannot exceed a month

If I do not receive payment at the said date the hold is removed and the adopt will be go back in sale

Not fulfilling hold several times can lead to a blacklist

Please not that you won't be the official owner and won't receive any HD files of the adopt until the full payment is received

Payment Plan :
Payment plan are accepted only for price over 100€

If you're a regular customer we can discuss plans for lower prices

I usually split 50/50 spread on 2 months but it can be discussed depending of the price

Please not that with paypal fees I cannot accept too many little payments

I DO NOT refund any previous payment parts if you change your mind

Cancelling payment plans several times or delayed payment without informing me before of any issues can lead to a blacklist

Please not that you won't be the official owner and won't receive any HD files of the adopt until the full payment is received
